Set in a quiet residential area but close to Javea. The Arenal beach is just 20 minutes walk away, if you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa.

The villa has lots of traditional features such as the Tosca fireplace, tosca pillars, traditional terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings.

The garden is fully enclosed and spacious and there are so many seating areas around this stunning villa for your to relax, read, take in the sunshine or chill in the shade, it has everything you need.

There are 8 new sun loungers, dining for 8, parasols have been provided too, along with pool towels, hair dryers and linen. All windows have mosquito nets and rejas.

On entering the gate of the villa you will see there is parking for several cars. The garden is beautifully maintained and the gardener will visit each Tuesday to cut the lawns and tend the garden.

The open naya greets you with its comfortable sofas and dining. A great place to relax and read out of the sunshine and away from the pool area, if you so wish.

Entering the villa you are greeted with a stylish, comfortable, spacious and light living room with patio doors leading to the garden.
There is a 50 inch TV with Amazon fire stick so you can watch TV in your preferred language, there are films, sports a whole host of things to watch to keep you entertained and to keep little ones out of the sun, at peak time of the day.

The villa benefits from the all important wifi. It is fibre optic and so very fast. There is no extra charge for this service.

To the left of the living room is the modern and spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you may need. Built in oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine. There is a coffee maker, kettle toaster, juicer the kitchen is very well equipped with glassed, crockery and is immaculately clean, modern and light.

Acrylic glass wear has been supplied for drinking around the pool and terrace area.

On this level you will find one of the shower rooms with purpose built shower cubicle, wc and vanity unit.

Taking the beautiful staircase to the upper level there are 4 bedrooms, comprising of:

Bedroom 1- has a super king size bed, patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the front of the property. It has air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample storage. It is a comfortable and very stylish bedroom.

Bedroom 2 – again over looking the front of the property has patio doors to the terrace with seating and dining and an electric awning for extra shade (not to be left up if not around). It has air conditioning, ceiling fans and again ample storage.

Bedroom 3- is a double room to the rear of the villa, again air conditioning , ceiling fan and comfortably and stylishly furnished with ample storage.

Bedroom 4- is a twin room to the rear of the villa again stylish and comfortable with air conditioning, ceiling fan and storage.

All quality linen is provided, including pool towels, spare pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors.

On this floor there is a further spacious shower room, with large walk in shower, vanity unit and wc. Light and modern.

The whole villa has rejas installed, fly / mosquito screens at windows and even on the patio doors.

The villa is set in a quiet location but with easy access to Javea. Lots of parking and stunning peaceful garden in which to chill and recharge the batteries.

The owner have gone to great expense to ensure this villa has everything you could need for a wonderful holiday.
