What is a Niche Breaks Local Expert?
When someone books their accommodation with us we give them access to the Niche Breaks APP. This is full of local information and recommendations suited to the guests chosen activity.
By becoming a Local Expert, you will become the point of contact for guests staying in your area, for them to ask specific advice and recommendations about their chosen activity.
We find local experts in every area we list properties. Each expert is experienced in a specific activity and has built up a fantastic local network for that chosen activity.
How will you Benefit?
The role of a Niche Local Expert will be to promote the local services and steer guests in the right direction from day one of their stay.
This is a commission based opportunity where often you will be making commission from local services.
For instance, a group of cyclists might need Bike rental, Transfers, Bike repair, Day off Excursion. All of which you will receive a commission from.
We will also be offering each group the chance to meet you on day one to help them plan their routes for their stay. If they book this you will receive the majority of the cost of the booking.
What will it involve?
Predominantly the role will be virtual, using the Niche Breaks APP. Guests can chat directly with you prior to and during their stay. You can also send messages to everyone in your area at one time using the Live Group Chat.
We will call on your expertise and knowledge to ensure that the APP has plenty of local information ready in the system.
We will also call on your local expertise to feature any other services that you think would be required by guests in resort. These could be hire services or even organising a regular meet up. All of which will be bookable
